In accordance with article n.10 of the Italian Act
675/96, Euro Reservation System states:
· the data collected via the booking form
are used to finalize activation of reservation services;
· submitting personal data is mandatory in
order to activate the reservation services for the
user. Refusal to submit personal data denies access
to the reservation services;
· the data collected will be transferred
to individuals only to permit the booking services.
The customer is also guaranteed by article
13 which states that the user can be removed
from eurores database at any time by sending a validated
written request by email.
