There is absolutely no cost to use eurores.com. It is a free service for our customers.

How does the "eurores.com - Euro Reservation System" work?
eurores.com gives you the chance to book on-line the desired lodging.
In few words, eurores.com operates as a secure and simple channel of communication between you and the lodgings, ensuring you the possibility to search, choose and book on-line the accommodation which satisfies your needs.

How do I search for a lodging?
1. First of all you have to choose your final destination: eurores.com operates in Italy, Europe and also abroad through our business partners.
2. Then, you could select properties through our searching engines (per type, price, period, services, name etc…) or simply decide to list all properties in our database.
3. Each lodging has its own web pages with the description of the property, rooms, services, map, prices, policy, and availability calendar.

Are prices per room or per person?
Prices are indicated always per room: only in few cases (ex:Dorm Rooms) we indicate the price per person.

How does my reservation take place?
Once you have checked the availability of the property for the selected period, type and number or rooms, you shall fill eurores secure booking form.
You'll receive soon to your email address an acceptance message directly from the property. Please consider that your reservation is not considered confirmed until you have received that message.

How long will it take to receive the confirmation from the property?
Speediness is one of our main goals: we operate in order you can receive an answer from the property as soon as possible, usually in few hours or even less (of course this may vary from property to property).
We know your needs: Euro Reservation System warrants that you will receive a reply within 24 hrs.

What's the Reservation Number for?
At the time you send your booking form you receive the Reservation Number.
Please remember to mention it in each further request or communication with us or with the property.

Can I make specific requests regarding my reservation?
Yes, when sending your reservation request, there is a blank space where you can add specific notes or requests that can be sent directly to the property.

Are taxes included in the total price of my reservation?
Yes, eurores.com operates with transparency and clear rates.

Is breakfast included in the price?
This varies from property to property: however it's always indicated in each property description and in the booking form.

How will I be contacted by the accommodation provider?
By email, using the email address provided by you in the booking form.

How can I contact the selected property?
The property itself will send you all necessary details in the confirmation message.

Why do you need my credit card details?
The accommodation providers need your credit card in order to confirm your reservation: this represents their warranty in the event you fail to arrive or cancel your reservation in less than the time allowed in the stated property's cancellation policy.
In addition, your credit card is necessary to pay the not-refundable deposit. This deposit (usually 10% of total) will be charged always AFTER you receive the confirmation from the selected property.

How can I give you my credit card details?
You can submit your card data using the booking form via our secure server, or via fax. 0039.0648916434 Only in the first case your reservation will be processed immediately.

My credit card number is correct, but the property is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
· the card expiration date precedes the reservation date;
· you have reached your credit limit;
· there is a computer error.

How can I be sure that my data are protected?
The information you provide to eurores.com com is protected using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, ensuring the highest level of security of the data transmission.

Can I cancel/modify my reservation?
Yes: any change to your reservation must be notified directly to the individual property, accordingly to its cancellation policy. We cannot process any cancellation or change after you have received confirmation. Please email or phone the individual properties, indicating your Reservation Number.

What is the cancellation policy?
Each property has its own cancellation policy which indicates the time before you may cancel/modify your reservation without further penalties. The cancellation policy is indicated in the property description, in the booking form and in the confirmation message.
We suggest to read it carefully, to avoid any unpleasant misunderstanding.

What shall I give to the hotel, b&b etc… at the time of check-in?
To make your check-in easier, we suggest to keep with you a copy of the confirmation email, containing the property data and the details of your reservation.
